Unable to increase filesystem

# chfs -a size=+128M /home/ncs
0516-404 allocp: This system cannot fulfill the allocation request.
       There are not enough free partitions or not enough physical volumes
       to keep strictness and satisfy allocation requests. The command
     should be retried with different allocation characteristics.

If you ever come across error like this try to check some things:

- free PPs in VG
- free PPs on PVs that the LV consists of

and three parameters of LV: EACH LP COPY ON A SEPARATE PV ?, INTER-POLICY and the golden winner UPPER BOUND.
